One of my friends who I’ve known since high school (we had a music show on the web called Mess of Music for a while) is the lead singer in a punk cover band. By “punk cover band” I mean they cover songs in the style of punk rock, not covering punk songs. Think Me First and the Gimme Gimmes if you’re familiar with them.
The band is called The Semi Originals, and I just had to share this cool mashup they did of “I Can’t Help Falling In Love With You” by Elvis and “Come Sail Away” by Styx. Give it a listen, then if you like it listen to more and check them out on Facebook.
