My friend and homebrew club president got a job as head brewer on Carnival’s new cruise ship, Vista. It’s a really cool opportunity being the first American to brew on a cruise ship (and the first cruise ship with its own brewery on board).
He’s been posting pictures and started a blog to document the journey. The brewhouse is made up of gorgeous glass vessels and huge, shiny fermentation vessels.
